How much is the deposit?

    ●    £99 package: Full payment required at booking

    ●    Party packages: £200 deposit

    ●    Platinum & Diamond: £300 deposit

    ●    Wedding packages: £500 deposit

    ●    Royal wedding package: £1,000 deposit

What’s the difference between your two suites?


The Bluebirds Suite (up to 300 guests) is a large white & silver space, ideal for bigger, more formal celebrations.
The Harley Suite (up to 120 guests) is a black & gold suite, perfect for smaller, more private events with a VIP feel.

Can we bring our own food?

Yes,but food must be prepared off-site, and you must provide your own equipment and clear your own waste.

 

Do you provide a DJ?


Yes, included in selected packages or available to add for £250.

Can we decorate the venue ourselves?


Yes, with some placement restrictions depending on the suite.

Is there a bar?

Yes, both suites have fully stocked and staffed bars.

What time do events/my booking finish?


Events/bookings finish at 12am, with until 1am to vacate.

Do you offer payment plans?


Yes, flexible plans are available up until one month before your event.

Bookings & Payments

How do I book the venue?
You can book via our website or contact us via phone, WhatsApp, text, or social media, whatever is easiest for you.

How much is the deposit?

    ●    £99 package: Full payment required

    ●    Party packages: £200 deposit

    ●    Platinum & Diamond: £300 deposit

    ●    Wedding packages: £500 deposit

    ●    Royal wedding package: £1,000 deposit

Is the deposit refundable?


No, all deposits are non-refundable.

Do you offer payment plans?


Yes, you can spread payments up until one month before your event. Your invoice is updated throughout so you can track all payments clearly.

When is the final balance due?


The final balance is due one month before your event.

Can we change our date?


Yes, however it must be prior to 3 months of your date and is subject to availability, potential fees, and updated package pricing. All changes are at our discretion.

Weddings

Do you offer wedding packages?


Yes, all packages are available to view online.

What is included in your wedding packages?


Each package clearly outlines what is included, from venue hire to full all-inclusive options.

Can we customise a wedding package?


Yes, you can start with venue hire and build your own package with extras.

Do you provide a wedding planner?


All packages include a wedding coordinator. A full wedding planner can be added at an additional cost.

Wedding Ceremonies

Are you licensed for civil ceremonies?


Yes, we are fully licensed.

Do you provide a registrar?


We arrange your registration with Kent County Council (KCC), but all legal ceremony fees are payable directly to them.

Can we have a celebrant ceremony?


Yes, we offer celebrant ceremony options and packages.

Party Packages

What party packages do you offer?


We offer a range of packages from simple venue hire to fully all-inclusive party experiences.

Can I upgrade my package?


Yes, you can upgrade at any time, but you cannot downgrade. We recommend starting lower and upgrading if needed.

What’s included in the packages?


All packages include core venue features, with higher packages adding food, entertainment, décor, and extras.

Catering & Food

Can we bring our own food?


Yes, however:

    ●    No peanuts are permitted

    ●    All food must be prepared off-site

    ●    Our kitchen and refrigeration are not available

    ●    You must provide your own cutlery, utensils, and serving equipment

    ●    You are responsible for clearing all food and waste

A cleaning service can be added for an additional fee.

Do you offer catering?


Yes, we offer a range of menus, and bespoke catering can be arranged.

Do you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?


Yes, all requirements must be submitted at least one month prior to your event. We cannot guarantee changes on the day.

DJ & Entertainment

Is a DJ included?


Yes, in selected packages, or available to add for £250.

Can we bring our own DJ?


Yes, your DJ must provide Public Liability Insurance in advance.

Can we choose our own music?


Yes, our DJ will take playlists, requests, and tailor the music to your event.

Do you offer karaoke?


Yes, available with most DJ packages.

Décor & Styling

What décor is included?


Standard décor includes venue draping, lighting, and styling throughout.

Can we bring our own decorations?


Yes, with the following guidelines:

    ●    Harley Suite: nothing can be attached to the walls

    ●    Bluebirds Suite: limited wall space due to draping, but décor can be placed on doors, the bar, and stage

Facilities & Access

Is there parking available?


Yes, limited private parking (approx. 14 cars), plus nearby on-street parking. Disabled badge holders may use the double yellow lines outside.

Is the venue accessible?


Yes, we have lift access to all floors.

Do you have accessible toilets?


Yes, including a fully accessible, gender-neutral toilet, plus standard ladies and gents.

Bar & Drinks

Can we bring our own drinks/alcohol?


No, all drinks must be purchased through the venue bar.

Can you supply specific drinks?


Yes, we can source specific drinks on request.

Do you offer drink packages?

Yes, these can be tailored to your event.

Terms & Conditions

What is your cancellation policy?

Are there any restrictions?


Yes, including:

    ●    No outside alcohol

    ●    No use of kitchen facilities

    ●    Event type must be correctly declared at booking
