Bluebirds
By booking any event and or paying your non refundable deposit you by law agree to all the terms and conditions.

Once a booking is made and a deposit has been paid if you decide to cancel you will instantly lose your deposit. Any monies above the deposit paid within your 14 day cooling off period will be refunded. Any money paid after your 14 day cooling off period is non refundable. Any event booked, once full payment has been made it is non refundable regardless of any circumstances.

If an any event or booking has to be cancelled due to any reason beyond our control, we will offer a selection of alternative dates to choose from up to 18 months after the original date. All monies paid and services booked will be transferred to the new date. Any External services booked will be transferred if the provider agrees, We are unable to offer any guarantee of this and it will always be at the discretion of the provider.

You are aloud to pay your final balance right up until 28 days prior to your event to allow for small changes i.e numbers for buffet but if you cancel within 4 months of your event you will still be liable for your balance and no money paid is refundable. Once you have booked a package, you can add anything you like, however once you have added you cannot remove. packages can always go up but can never come down.

Cleaning charges apply to every booking. You will be asked upon booking if you would like to use table confetti/party poppers or similar if you book it without this cleaning charge and decide on the evening you would like to use it then you will be liable for the cleaning charge and this must be paid at the beginning of the evening. Bluebirds serves the rights to issue you with a fine if these conditions are not kept. Any sick on the carpet, damage to the property or similar is the responsibility of the person who made the booking therefor they are liable to all the charges. Bluebirds have the right to bill the customer for damages caused or created.

If there is trouble at your event then Bluebirds has the right to shut it down immediately and therefor the event will no longer carry on. The person who made the booking is liable for any damage to the property or in the property.

If you are supplying your own food the clear up is down to yourselves. You must get rid of all waste, tidy all mess up left by the food. Cleaning materials can be provided e.g hoover, bin bags. Clear up is the responsibility of the booker.

Bluebirds has the right to not serve anyone alcohol they deem to be to drunk. Bluebirds serves the right to ask anyone they think is under 25 to produce ID. Failing to produce ID when asked will result in not being served. If someone is later to have been found drinking alcohol on the premises without producing ID when asked they will be asked to leave.

You are not aloud to bring your own alcohol/own drink into the premises. If found with your own alcohol/own drink it will be seized and could result in you being asked to leave.
No drugs are to be brought into the premises, if you or any of your guests are caught drug using you will immediately be asked to leave the premises and will incur an instant ban.

For any ticketed events all tickets are non refundable as soon as they are purchased under no circumstances. Should any event get cancelled through no fault of our own then tickets are still non refundable however should the event get rescheduled to another date these tickets will be valid for the new date or can be redeemable against any other event we have.

By booking with Bluebirds, buying tickets and or paying your deposit you agree to all the terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions relating to Covid-19

Unfortunately in these uncertain times we cannot predict the current future. As per all our terms and conditions it states that should you cancel or an event has to be cancelled due to no fault of our own there will be no refunds, however we can move to a more suitable date and adhere to your package and price with no added costs. For any events, or tickets purchased that should have been held whilst the goverment guidelines of closure in place, a new date will be released for you to use. The events you have purchased tickets for are as standard non refundable however should you not be able to make the new date you will have 18 months from the original event date to purcahse against another event. We can issue you a credit note for this.
For any Christmas bookings that have been made and deposit or full payment made, should this have to be cancelled due to government you will receive a credit note to use as you wish for anything else or simply hold it for the following year.
